Tentokrát tu mám 2 různé problémy. Jeden souvisí s degenerací daného kvantového stavu (D. A. McQuarrie, Statistical Mechanics, rovnice 1.34 a 1.35). Druhý jsem ‘potkal’ při diskusi orbitálního angulárního momentu a sférických harmonických funkcí (D. D. Fitts, Principles of Quantum Mechanics, kapitola 5.3, rovnice 5.49).

Although unexpectedly, I updated the MD analysis tools package. Major bug causing problems with old Amber parm files detection in epl was fixed.
I also wrote completely new program, called eef (for extract electric field). It can be used for calculating (using Amber trajectory) the electric field along specified vector at given point in the structure.
