The third part of the photos from our Madeira 2011 vacation is now also available in our gallery in this subalbum. It shows pictures from our 6.5 hour long trip along the Levada Nova and the following visit to Joachim, a Madeira-based German trekking tour guide and a really wonderful person!

The second part of the photos from our Madeira 2011 vacation is now also available in our gallery in this subalbum. Activities covered are the dolphin observation boat trip, visit to the highest cliff of the EU (580 m tall Cabo Girão), and a walk along the irrigation channel Levada do Norte.

The first part (of total 14 to come) of the photos from our Madeira 2011 vacation is now available in our gallery in the Madeira – Mix subalbum. Those are various pictures from the hotel and its surroundings and from our final trip to the airport.
The other subalbums are empty at the moment, I’m working further on the remaining pictures.
Try to get familiar with the new gallery design and layout, I’m slowly starting to find it better than the old one. Particularly the keyboard navigation is really good! Clicking on the photo in the display mode will open one slightly larger version in a separate tab/window.

Our gallery has been updated and completely re-designed. Hope you will like it. The nice thing is, that it is possible to control the display process with the keyboard now (try to use the the arrow keys to switch between individual pictures). There are still some small things that have to be tweeked, but nothing serious.
For the inpatient, the Madeira photos should come soon (at least some of them) – you can see here that everything is ready. Just be patient! :-)
